Edutecno: Educational Technology Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by PT Ininnawa Paramacitra Edukasi. The journal serves as an academic platform that brings together researchers, scholars, educators, and practitioners who are actively engaged in the advancement of educational technology, curriculum development, and instructional innovation.
With a strong commitment to promoting high-quality research, Edutecno aims to foster critical discourse and practical insights on the integration of technology in various educational contexts. It publishes original empirical, theoretical, and conceptual studies that explore the transformative role of digital technology in teaching and learning across formal, informal, and non-formal education.
The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches that bridge educational research with technological innovation and policy development. Within its scope, Edutecno examines a wide range of topics, including the design and evaluation of instructional models supported by technology such as Universal Design for Learning and personalized learning; the development and analysis of digital learning environments including online, blended, and hybrid models supported by Learning Management Systems (LMS), MOOCs, and mobile learning platforms; and the creation of educational media such as interactive multimedia, digital games, instructional videos, augmented and virtual reality, and simulations.
It also focuses on the integration of digital tools in curriculum planning, mapping, and implementation, exploring areas such as competency-based design and technology-enhanced pedagogy. Furthermore, the journal addresses technology-based assessment practices, including learning analytics, e-portfolios, and computer-based testing; the use of ICT to support inclusive and equitable education for learners with disabilities and underserved communities; and the role of digital communication tools such as collaborative platforms and social media in educational interactions.
In addition, Edutecno explores issues related to educational policy, institutional strategies, and leadership practices in technology integration, as well as emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) and their implications for education.
