Abstract

Witnessing the growth of micro businesses in today's digital age, small businesses such as angkringan need to improve their work efficiency. This is important because micro businesses are becoming increasingly competitive in today's technological era. Angkringan Mahkota, located in Samarinda, is a dining establishment with great potential to attract customers. However, they still face challenges in terms of task distribution and cost savings. The purpose of this community service program is to assist the owners and employees of Angkringan Mahkota in implementing a more effective work system. This will support them through training on time management, hygiene, and service. The results of this activity show an increase in employee understanding and work performance. It is hoped that through this program, Angkringan Mahkota will continue to improve productivity and become an example for other micro businesses in Samarinda to manage their businesses in a more efficient and sustainable manner.
