This Community Service activity aims to analyze and optimize work discipline within the Human Resource Management (HRM) system at the Cimangkus Coffee Shop MSME. Work discipline is an essential element in improving employee performance, service quality, and operational efficiency, especially in small business structures that often lack formal standards and supervision. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the current level of discipline is still not optimal, as reflected in late attendance, unclear task distribution, inconsistent communication, and the absence of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Several factors influencing work discipline include leadership style, lack of training, work environment, and the absence of a structured reward-and-punishment system. This Community Service activity recommends the implementation of written SOPs, the execution of structured training, strengthened communication, and consistent evaluation to improve work discipline. These strategies are expected to support the optimization of HRM practices and enhance the overall performance of the Cimangkus Coffee Shop.
