Abstract

This study aims to examine how training provided to workers can improve production outcomes at the UMKM Amplang Noor Rahemana. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the business owner and employees. The findings show that well-organized training—such as instruction on production standards, raw material processing methods, and quality control—has a significant impact on workers’ skills and production efficiency. After the training was implemented, production time became shorter, errors decreased, and product quality became more consistent. The study concludes that training aligned with workers’ skill needs is crucial for improving production performance. Therefore, UMKM should provide continuous training to maintain product quality and strengthen their business competitiveness.
