Job satisfaction is a critical component determining the success and effectiveness of an organization, including micro-enterprises like Kopi Operasi Keliling Samarinda. Various issues, such as suboptimal internal communication, minimal training, the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and fieldwork stress, indicate the ineffectiveness of the Human Resources Management (HRM) function in supporting employee performance. This community service activity aims to improve employee job satisfaction by strengthening the HRM function, particularly in the areas of motivation, communication, and the implementation of operational standards. Implementation methods included observation, interviews, interactive education, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) tailored to the business's operational characteristics. The results of the activity demonstrated a significant increase in employee understanding of the concept of job satisfaction, the quality of internal communication, work discipline, and motivation and sense of ownership. Positive behavioral changes were also evident in improved teamwork and consistent implementation of SOPs in service delivery.
