Work discipline is a crucial element that determines operational efficiency and service quality in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This community service activity was carried out at Teh Andalan Samarinda, a growing ready-to-drink beverage business. The main problem identified was the need for discipline standardization alongside increasing market demand to maintain consistent product quality. The purpose of this service is to increase employees' awareness and understanding of work discipline through a practical Human Resource Management (HRM) approach. The implementation method used included field observations, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving the owner and employees. The results of the activity show an increase in active participation and open communication regarding discipline challenges in the workplace. Through this mentoring, the partner successfully formulated more effective shift change coordination patterns and an informal appreciation system to maintain motivation. Awareness of the importance of work discipline as part of self-professionalism is now starting to be internalized in employees, impacting the smooth production process and strengthening a more organized and responsible work culture.
