Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at the Teh Andalan Samarinda community business group with the aim of increasing members’ awareness and understanding of work discipline through the Human Resource Management (HRM) approach. The activity was carried out using education, interviews, and experience-diskusi methods, allowing members to gain practical understanding of the importance of work discipline and the application of HRM principles in their daily activities. The results of the activity showed active participation from members, open communication regarding challenges and practices of work discipline, and increased awareness of the role of discipline in supporting the quality and smooth operation of group activities. This activity is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering a more organized and responsible work culture within Teh Andalan Samarinda.
