This community service activity is motivated by human resource management problems faced by the Arif/Adinda Store MSME in Makroman, Samarinda. As a grocery store that interacts directly with buyers, service quality depends heavily on employee performance. However, partners face obstacles regarding time discipline, communication effectiveness with customers, and a lack of understanding of professional work ethics. The purpose of this activity is to provide direct education and mentoring to instill professional work values in employees. The implementation method applied includes three stages, namely observation and situational analysis, implementation of mentoring through sharing sessions and participatory education, and the activity evaluation stage. The results of this activity show an increase in awareness and enthusiasm from employees and store owners in applying better work standards. Employees are beginning to understand the importance of shift regularity, proactive inventory management, and communicative customer service. Through this intervention, a joint commitment was created between owners and employees to form a more structured work culture to increase customer loyalty and MSME competitiveness.
