This community service was carried out with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of participants in the Welding practice subject through the use of Welducation media as a cybergogy learning medium. The problems faced by partners are as follows (1) there are still some participants who have a high dependence on direct explanations from lecturers during practical activities, (2) there are limitations in receiving and understanding instructions quickly (3) Lack of time provided for repeated and continuous practice (4) The learning process tends to be passive due to the lack of student activity and initiative in exploring the material in depth, (5) The less than optimal use of digital technology in supporting optimal learning therefore learning innovations are needed that integrate appropriate digital technology effectively. The training method provided through several stages, namely preparation, training in the form of workshops, mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in understanding and skills characterized by activeness and independence in learning as well as the ability to understand welding practice materials (work procedures, techniques and work safety aspects). Thus, the use of Welducation media as a cybergogy learning medium improves the understanding and skills of welding practice in mechanical and industrial engineering majors. This activity is expected to become a model of learning innovation and Welducation media as a cybergogy learning media that is developed also has the potential to be used sustainably in the learning process.
