Edukasi Elastisitas Penawaran sebagai Solusi Menghadapi Keterbatasan Produksi pada UMKM Tahu Go

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding of Tahu Go MSME owners regarding strategies to mitigate production limitations in responding to market price changes through education on the theory of supply elasticity. The problems faced by the MSME included limitations in raw materials, production capacity, labor, and the ability to adjust production when price changes occur. The implementation methods consisted of material presentation, interactive discussions, and simple mentoring related to the concept of supply elasticity, producers’ responses to price increases (ceteris paribus), non-price factors (non ceteris paribus), constraints in production adjustment, and strategies to overcome production limitations. The results of the activity showed that the MSME owners gained a better understanding of the importance of production strategies and business decision-making in dealing with market changes. This educational activity is expected to help MSMEs improve production readiness and maintain business stability amid dynamic market price fluctuations
