Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting regional economic development, including in Pasar Anyar Buleleng as a center of community trade activities. However, in practice, several issues related to supply chain ethics and social responsibility are still found, such as lack of price transparency, supplier selection standards, product quality control, and environmental management. This community service program aims to enhance MSMEs’ understanding and awareness of business ethics and social responsibility to support business sustainability. The method applied was participatory assistance based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), which included observation, participatory discussions, joint problem-solving, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate an increased awareness among MSME actors regarding structured supply chain management, transaction transparency, and concern for environmental and social relationships. Overall, the program contributed to promoting more ethical and sustainable business practices.
