The development of the professional world in the era of globalization and digital transformation requires students to possess not only academic and technical abilities but also strong professional and interpersonal communication skills. However, many internship students still experience difficulties in expressing opinions, building professional relationships, handling criticism, and adapting to workplace communication culture. This community service activity aimed to improve the professional communication skills of internship students through the Human Relations approach of Dale Carnegie. The program was conducted through participatory training methods, including lectures, interactive discussions, simulations, roleplay, and question-and-answer sessions. The activity was carried out in collaboration with PT Pojok Mejakursi Edukasi as the institution that invited the speakers for the training program. The training materials covered professional communication mindset, workplace communication ethics, interpersonal skills, personal branding, and professional communication practices in real workplace situations. The results showed that participants experienced increased understanding of professional communication, became more confident in expressing opinions, and better understood the importance of empathy, positive communication, and interpersonal relationships in the workplace. The Human Relations approach of Dale Carnegie was considered effective in helping students improve communication readiness as one of the essential soft skills needed in the professional world.Downloads
