Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide business management assistance to micro-entrepreneurs in the Rappang Traditional Market in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The challenges faced by these entrepreneurs include a lack of understanding of business management, simple financial record keeping, marketing strategies, and sustainable business development. This situation impacts the competitiveness and business development of traditional market traders. The implementation method includes socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The materials provided cover simple business management, financial management, customer service, marketing strategies, and the use of digital media to support micro- enterprises. A participatory approach is used to actively engage participants in every aspect of the activity. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in managing thei r businesses in a more structured and effective manner. Entrepreneurs are beginning to understand the importance of financial record keeping, capital management, customer service, and improved marketing strategies to increase business revenue. Furthermore, the mentoring activity motivates participants to develop their businesses independently and sustainably. This activity is expected to be one of the efforts to increase the capacity of micro-entrepreneurs, enabling them to create more productive and competitive businesses and support the economic empowerment of the community in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
