Abstract

UMKM play a vital role in the economic growth of the community by creating jobs, increasing income, and meeting consumer needs. The food and beverage sector is one of the MSME sectors that continues to grow, but business actors still face challenges in determining supply strategies due to changes in prices, production costs, market conditions, and business competition. A lack of understanding of supply theory in microeconomics often leads to business decisions being made without sound economic considerations. This community service activity aims to educate the Selalu Teh MSME in Tenggarong District about supply theory and its application in business activities. The activity was held on Friday, May 1, 2026, through observation, coordination, material preparation, educational delivery, and interactive discussions. The material covered the influence of price on supply, non-price factors, and business competition on supply strategies. The results of the activity indicated that participants understood the importance of supply theory in determining pricing strategies, production volumes, and business adjustments to market conditions. This education also increased business actors' awareness of the application of microeconomic concepts in business decision-making.
