The presentation media training for teachers in Takalar Regency is a community service program aimed at enhancing teachers’ competence in designing interactive learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint. This activity was motivated by the limited ability of many teachers to utilize presentation technology to support creative and engaging learning processes. Observations conducted with the Department of Education and the Teachers’ Working Group (KKG) revealed that most teachers in Takalar Regency require technical assistance in using presentation media, particularly to support 21st-century learning that emphasizes digital and visual literacy. The implementation method consisted of four stages: (1) the preparation stage through needs analysis and development of training materials; (2) the implementation stage involving four main interactive sessions—introduction to the PowerPoint interface, utilization of design and animation features, creation of menus and navigation buttons, and application of hyperlinks between slides; (3) the evaluation stage conducted through short quizzes, independent practice, question-and-answer sessions, and presentation simulations; and (4) the feedback stage to assess the effectiveness and relevance of the training to teachers’ needs. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to create interactive presentation media. Teachers were able to integrate visual elements, animations, and hyperlinks into more communicative and engaging instructional slides. Overall, teachers considered the training highly beneficial and relevant to school needs, as it encouraged them to be more creative and innovative in developing digital learning materials.
